For your treatment
Please wear comfortable clothes, you will be asked to remove your shoes, watch and jewellery before the treatment, depending on the treatment you may asked to undress to your underwear. Do not eat at least 1 hour before your appointment time.
On your first appointment an assessment of your medical and emotional health will be made, this takes approximately 15 minutes, there will be no charge for this consult. This information will be used so the treatment can be tailored made to suit your current needs.
All recorded information given at any time is treated as confidential and will not be given to another party without your consent.Personal records are filed under lock and key, they will be kept for six years after which they are shredded unless the individual is still receiving treatment.
If you have an allergy or don’t wish to have music, fragrance or candles to be used please instruct Sublime before the treatment session so alternatives can be arranged.
You can trust that everything will be ready for you to safely enjoy your choosen therapy. I will wash hands, face and arms wear clean clothes for each appointment, all surfaces will be cleaned with a suitable solution, and the treatment room aired for at least 15 minutes before appointments.

After your treament
Once your treatment has been completed you will need to drink alot of water to help your body re-balance its fluid levels and to aid the removal of toxins. Avoid alcoholic drinks for at least 24 hours.
Take a leisurely approach to resuming normal activities after each session. By doing this you will maintain the effects of the treatment well after the end of the session.
The long term effectiveness of all treatments will be increased by you continuing to improve your own health and lifestyle.
