How to choose which therapy to have.
I would suggest that you honour the healing needs of your body, mind and spirit and ask yourself what is most important?
If it is physical aches or stress then choose one of the selection Massages. If it's a general balance and multiple issues then Reflexology would be of benefit. Reiki for spirit, harmony and to regain your self love. When you do not know what to do next or are frustrated then choose Access Bars®.
Massage therapies: You can choose a Sports Massage for an aggravated injury, or a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage to help the cleansing of metabolic waste. You can choose a Holistic Massage to relax, a Colon and Deep Organ Massage to improve digestion, or a Natural Face Lift to soothe those lines away. Maybe a Hot & Cold Stone Massage to relieve muscle spasms and soreness. If you are a wheelchair user or space is limited then the versatility of Seated Massage is the ideal solution.
The Water Cushion
For extra comfort and luxury, you can choose to lay on a warm water cushion. Filled with warm water, the cushion provides support to your back while relaxing tension from the muscles and soft tissue. If requesting this notify Sublime before arriving for your appointment so it can be prepared for you.
The Water cushion is not suitable for Sports massage, Hot & cold stone massage or Seated massage. It is not available for home visits.
Where to have your treatment
What are the benefits of having a home visit?

Some find that the relaxation they gain from having a treatment lasts longer when given in their own home.

For others getting home after a treatment can undo some of what is gained. Others find that they are so relaxed they feel their reaction time may be compromised so potentially their journey home is unsafe.

Having a home visit prevents the anxiety of worrying if will you be on time, will you find the venue? etc.

If you do decide that you would like a home visit then please ensure you have enough space for a massage couch(if required) to be put up leaving enough space to walk around it.

Home visits are available at extra charge of £5-£10 depending on distance from Sublimes treatment room.
Why would you choose to have your treatment in the treatment room?

Some find that receiving a treatment away from their own environment beneficial to relax and escape from their normality.

Others find that a prepared treatment room provides a calm and peaceful sanctuary to receive their treatment.

There is no added cost to having a treatment in the treatment room.

If you decide on the day to have a different form of treatment then everything is to hand to facilitate this.
