Qualifying in 2006, I have witnessed the powerful benefits of touch and relaxation on the body, through Holistic therapies  and combined with a proper diet and active exercise it is certain to enhance your whole well-being.

It has been my privilege to enable clients to gain freedom from impaired movement, find reduction in pain and to promote their well-being by integrating simple hands-free techniques using the arms and elbows along with traditional massage movements of varying pressure and a combination of strokes which prevent my hands becoming overworked or injured.

Each of my treatments focuses on your issues to allow your body to be restored to its own harmony. This means that no two treatments are identical. With aftercare, advice and simple stretching exercises, you will be able to enhance your performance and recovery and prevent further injury.

My development is driven by  personal interest and being inspired by others to learn  new techniques through a variety of courses
